Hi, doctor i have the same problem when i eat something hot like tea, burgher, spicy food , the pain started in my chest and same as in location in back ?

Esophagitis.: You possibly suffer from acid reflux disease which caused small ulcer or inflammation in esophagus. Irritated area is very sensitive to hot water or tea. Pain also radiates to back since esophagus is not covered and is close to nerves. Please start Prilosec 2x20mg 30 minutes before breakfast and see your doctor.

See a doctor. : Could be reflux or h pylori. Best to see a doctor for a definitive diagnosis and to rule out more serious problem.
