Is it normal for menstruation to be 1-3 months late or more?

VARIABLE MENARCHE: Yes. The variability of the menarche equals the variability of the menopause. However, you are at a good age to find a trusted, board-certified ob-gyn to have, presumably, an initial gyn exam and rule out other rare causes of delayed menarche. Good luck.
