Yes: It is a misconception that pregnancy won't occur soon after an abortion. Now that you had your menstrual cycle you can get pregnant again.

Any time: You do not have to wait for prolonged time after an abortion or miscarriage to get pregnant. Once you have had a normal period, then you are fine. I would suggest starting prenatal vitamins and folic acid prior to starting unprotected sex
