Very unlikely: Pregnancy isn't caused by washed hands. Sperm don't survive hand washing. However, sexual activities of various types among fertile couples do lead to pregnancies... it happens "all the time." Protection against STD infections is important, as well as protection against pregnancy (unless a couple is married, settled down, trying to start a family).
