LUQ pain: Tough to say without an exam-history and physical, ...Guesses would include gastritis, muscle strain, viral illness causing discomfort in stomach/intestinal area, virus causing enlargement of the spleen with discomfort, pancreatitis, etc. All guesses though. Best wishes.
