Possibilities : An early menstrual cycle vs mild mechanical trauma are probably the main possibilities. The next few days will help sort them out. Heavy flow will make it A, minimal bleeding still followed by your regular period will make it B. Make sure you mention it to your Gyn during your annual visit.
