Specialist: See a hand specialist or, better yet, an hands-on osteopath. One wrist bone may be dislocated, there may be injured tendons or ligaments or growth of some kind interfering with that movement. Go sooner rather than later and be sure you describe any and all injuries to your provider. Your provider may want an XRay or other imaging as well.
