What can i do to manage and cope with tendenitis? its has gotten so bad that my wrist is bent at a angle and wont bend back.

Tendonitis pain mgmt: Have you had any physical therapy? Chiropractic? Acupuncture? Supportive splinting/bracing? These modalities could be useful. Have you tried any topical diclofenac gel or lidocaine gel to your wrist? Might need short course (7 days) of oral steroids or strong NSAID like Toradol (5 days) if no issues with your kidney.
