Feels like blood is rushing through my ears, i get lightheaded, my vision darkens, and i lose balance, i usually either grab onto something nearby or just sorta wobble, but not fall. lasts a few seconds and happens occasionally/reoccuring?

See a doc: Your symptoms suggest multiple organ systems involved with a circulatory disruption. Since this could be anything from anxiety to more serious problems, an examination is definitely needed. Please call your doctor for a full exam. Some OB Gyn doc’s will act like family doctors, or your family doc would,be fine. Please call soon so you can discover what causes your problems, and get them fixed.

Struggle with low bp. When I wake up in the morning I am extremely lightheaded (NO spinning) and its hard to sit up. Walking around seems to help I think because it pushes blood in my head. Get the same thing if I lay down for more than 15 minutes?
