Morning, top of my ears and inside part of my arms itching. not dry, no rash or anything but continuously itching forcing me to scratch. been happening for over a week now. have taken allegex syrup but its not getting better. should i be worried?

Itching ears/ arms: I would follow up with provider. Did you use a new soap or detergent ? May be reaction or would check for eczema , sometimes I have seen eczema associated with strep . May be dry skin can try skin moisturizer with and if that does not work try some topical cortisone cream Would follow up with MD and check for strep.
