I pinpricked my finger with a dart at the bar and havent had a tetanus shot since i was a kid. the dart didnt go through my skin, it was a scratch if that, no blood and a teeny tiny scratch. do i need a shot? i have had intense bad reactions2 shot?

Booster: It is advisable to have a booster of your Tetanus vaccine. The adult form is different than the one that was administered as a child. If you have a history of an allergy to additives, this may be addressed by your PCP. Please have your Tetanus and Flu vaccine after discussing with your PCP. Keep the wound clean and dry. A thin layer of Bacitracin may be applied twice daily for a few days.
