Problem ?: Your vaginal opening needs only be large enough to allow menstrual blood to exit unimpeded. If it is you are okay. Sexual activity widens the opening. Tampons are something you may want to wait on. Getting one through the narrow opening to start does not mean it will come out easily when full of menstrual blood. Extraction would likely tear the hymen.

Problem is unclear: A woman or teen normally has 3 holes between her legs. The tiny hole in the front is her urethral meatus. Pee comes out there. The closed hole at the rear is her anus. Poop comes out there. Her remaining "middle" hole is where the tampon goes in and out. Menstrual blood flow comes out that hole. Inside that "middle" hole is her vagina; outside that hole are her labia (called the vulva).
