Hi, i had a stent put in on thursday and i have a flight booked for next wednesday (6days after the procedure). is it ok for me to fly? it's a short flight of about 2 hours. ps. there were no complications with the procedure. thanks?

After stenting: I assume you're feeling very well and you state that the angioplasty and stent placement went very well.. If there was no associated myocardial infarction or heart muscle damage just prior to or just after the stent placement, most cardiologists permit flying after a week.
