Menstrual ?'s: Spotting irregularly, mid cycle may be due to irregular menses with longer thant usual intervals between ovulation, leading to higher levels of estrogen in a given cycle from sustained ovarian production. Other causes, like fibroid tumors, polyps or cervical inflammation should be evaluated by your gyn physician's exam and/or testing.
