LBP worse w sneeze: A slipped or herniated disc in the lumbar spine (lower back) can cause pain with sneezing. Sneezing causes an increase in the intra-thoracic & intro-abdominal cavities which in turn place additional pressure on the already pressured disc. Cough can do the same.
