I found out that my alc was 7.0 i since change my diet and lost 20lbs , lower my carbs ,how ever my microalbumin random is 57.7mg/l, i know this is not normal could this mean i have kidney disease? can this go back to normal ?

DM kidney disease: Kidney disease is defined by the allb/creatinine ratio not the albumin alone. The best way to lower alb/creat is to move to a low sodium diet such as the DASH diet. Go to NIH.gov to learn about DASH diet.
