What organs are on the lower left side of my abdomen? when i lay down i can feel some lumps that feel like organs. doesnt hurt, im just concerned. i dont feel anything on my right side. i am also very skinny if that has anything to do with it?

In a college-aged person, lumps such as tumors are rare. A common cause of left lower abdominal lumps is a collection of poop due to constipation. If a person takes a laxative and poops out, maybe the lumps vanish.
