Hi. what organ/ body part is on the lower left side of your abdomen? is it normal that i can feel it while lying down? no pain or anything. feels squishy..im also really skinny but is it any cause for concern?? (major hypochondriac over here)

Multiple: The left lower abdomen contains some small intestine, a good portion of your descending and sigmoid colon. You may also feel ovaries. When lying down, these become much easier to feel and it is completely normal to do so.
