Time to see your doc: The presence of worsening symptoms should prompt you to seek medical attention, even though they might not be directly related (gas with palpitations). A physical exam along with a detailed review of your symptoms, medical history and current meds will be at a minimum required. The best starting point would be your PCP who is aware of your chronic conditions and regular baseline.
