Ive been taking 0.25mg of xanax three times per day for three days now. is that safe? (they are unprescribed but i do have prescribed lexomil 6mg and atarax 10mg because i have anxiety but they dont really help?

Unsafe: Your prescriber should be aware of all the pills you are taking. Xanax is a benzodiazepine, controlled substance, highly habit forming. You are putting yourself at high medical and legal risk and should look for help from your doc and your family.
