Different symptoms: Heart problems can manifest in various ways. If you feel like your heart is pounding/fluttery feeling/skipping beats you may have an arrhythmia. Chest pain can indicate some kind of blockage in coronary artery disease. Shortness of Breath, fatigue, leg swelling and rapid heartbeat can indicate congestive heart failure. Loss of consciousness and unresponsiveness can indicate heart attack.
