Hi i've got an inguinal hernia on the right hand side. i would like to know if it is possible to have pains to the left of the pelvic region even though the hernia is only protruding on the right hand side?

Not commonly seen: Visceral pain is many times radiated and while not likely the possibility remains for referred pain. More likely would be an early hernia on the left or hip related same side.
