Speech/language path: I would schedule a visit with a speech & language pathologist. There is a condition called vocal cord dysfunction where the cords can behave erratically, closing the airway some when they should stay fully open. Therapy can help reverse the process. Sometimes a well trained ENT can spot this in the office but not always.
