I have a bean-shaped skin tag near my left tonsil , only be seen when the mouth is wide opened. there is no symptom or pain. when i probed it with a swab, the tip of the tag released some cheesy liquid. the mass is still there, what could this be??

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may watch and wait. If the mass more than doubles in size, bleeds, becomes painful, or other masses develop, it would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
