Vascular anomaly?: A close examination by a physician is needed to determine whether this simply represents a pulsating small artery under skin surface that is now becoming more visible due to thinning of overlying skin or a vascular anomaly (arteio-venius malformation). The examining physician should then be able to suggest treatment if such is necessary
