I got a weird almost pulsing sensation like a heart beat feeling in my left quad. i've noticed it at night. i got full blood work and it's normal. ?

Pulsating thigh: May be fasciculation( muscle tremor), check calcium, potassium, magnesium. thyroid hormone level. Avoid caffeine or energy drinks. Rarely could be nerve though usually presents as numbness, variant of meralgia paresthetica, if wear tight bike shorts or leggings or L4-L5 facet/ femoral nerve, L2-L4 disc . rarely clots/aneurysm( on BC pills? smoke?) check d-dimer or MS F/u/ w/ doc
