What's a difference between 2mm cystic focus (detected/seen on a 2d images of mrcp, but not detected/seen on t1w post contrast images on same mrcp) and 2 mm cystic lesion? would appreciate any radiologist answear?

Cyst better : Most pancreatic cyst that do not enhance may be so called pancreatic pseudocyst. Generally an enhancement may be possible inflammation or cancer. So keeping it simple, no enhancement better.

When MRI/MRCP T2 detects 2mm hyperintense cystic focus in the pancreatic head/body(which projects to periphery of pancreas), but T1 Weighted post contrast correlate images are normal. Would you diagnose above as 2mm cystic lesion or normal study?
Normal MRCP except for little sludge in Gallbladder neck. No biliary ductal dilatation. Hida showed no sign of cystic duct obstruction. Why would Hida show prompt tracer filling of my liver and GB but bowel not seen after 90 minutes? No CCK given?
