MRCP reading: The only one who can read this well is the one who read it. I am not a shadow Dr. and always review all films on my patients with the radiologist. Discuss with your team.

When MRI/MRCP T2 detects 2mm hyperintense cystic focus in the pancreatic head/body(which projects to periphery of pancreas), but T1 Weighted post contrast correlate images are normal. Would you diagnose above as 2mm cystic lesion or normal study?
Normal MRCP except for little sludge in Gallbladder neck. No biliary ductal dilatation. Hida showed no sign of cystic duct obstruction. Why would Hida show prompt tracer filling of my liver and GB but bowel not seen after 90 minutes? No CCK given?
