Test and quarantine: Let your GP know. Testing should be coordinated locally. Quarantine also and let your employer and social contacts know about your symptoms so that they can quarantine, too. If symptoms worsening checking in at closest ER is recommended.

COVID 19: Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion. Testing can help to distinguish.
