Anxiety has several components: cognitive, emotional, physical & behavioral ( avoidance ). physical symptoms include any combination of: rapid heart beat, pounding heart, feeling of shortness of breath, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, headache, tingling , hot flashes, chills, chest pain, lighhededness. Psychiatrist should be able evaluate & see if it is linked to your anxiety or not. be well.
