Mri with endo rectal filling for endometriosis. will it make a difference if i refuse the endorectal filling? also, with endorectal filling, could it still miss adhesions/endometriosis?

Individual case : Endorectal filling is a specialized diagnostic option to be used in conjunction with MRI or sonogram to locate hidden endometriosis or to outline to location of endometriosis. I have never employed this technique in patient care. If you are seeing a doctor who specializes in this diagnostic tool you can ask them to share from their experience regarding the value and efficacy.
