Call 911!!!: Anytime you get cheat pains so bad that you are concerned, you should be calling 911! don't drive to the hospital. Don't call your doctor. If you have nitro or aspirin, take it while calling 911. If its a heart attack, you can be dead in minutes.

See your doctor.: There are many causes of chest pain. Some can be serious; others not. The doctor will take your medical history and examen you. Special tests may be recommended. Often the history and physical will lead to the correct diagnosis of the chest pain.

See your doctor: Could be a problem with skin, nerves, muscle, shoulder, lung, heart, or stomach. See your doctor for a more thorough history, physical exam and further evaluation. If you sleep on your stomach you could have a neck strain that radiates pain to the chest or arm. Get checked out just to make sure.
