Get eval: Tough to say, but most likely you have some "heart burn" or GI issues causing your heart/chest pain. However it is always important to rule out cardiac causes, which on a rare occasion can occur as the blood increases to your stomach with eating/digestion, and can cause a decrease flow to your heart, thus causing some ischemic related pains. Get an eval, ...Best wishes.

More information?: Do you feel like food is getting stuck in your chest when swallowing? If the answer is yes you may have a problem with your esophagus. I advise you to first ensure you are chewing your food completely, also try taking smaller bites. You should discuss the issue with your doctor.
