Hi,i'm 25 weeks pregnant.last month my tsh was 1.43, this month it's 4.1. i'm taking levoth. 150 & will work with my dr. to change the dosage. could my high current tsh have done any damage to the baby already? :( thx?

Thyroid medication : You will need to discuss your specific case with your Obgyn but in general, a TSH of 4 is not particularly high and would not be a cause for concern
