Shoulder paresthesia: May be from shoulder i.e. rotator cuff injury or thoracic outlet syndrome or from disc disease/ degenerative joint disease of spine. rarely may be a sign of tumor ( Pancoast tumor) especially if history of smoking. Get CXR, MRI cervical spine and shoulder consider EMG ( nerve testing of arm . F/U/ w/ MD
