Hi, i have pins & needles on my right hand for the last 3 days... its from my finger tips right to my shoulder...the pain is constant and i have tried coxflam over the last 2 days the 15mg... does not help at all... i do know i have carpel tunnel on?

CTS: I agree with you. Sounds like the carpal tunnel has kicked up. Not unique to have referred pain in the ipsilateral shoulder. Maybe you need to see a hand specialist to get this fixed, but make sure nothing else is occurring.

Get checked: Carpal tunnel causes numbness & tingling in the thumb, index, middle, & thumb sided portion of the ring finger. The small finger is a different nerve. It can occasionally radiate up the arm. I would try the usual things: night time bracing, avoid aggravating activities, & then maybe your coxflam for a few days. If it doesn’t resolve or return to baseline, best to see a hand specialist.
