I have a swollen lymph node next to my left bicep. i currently have a cold. could that be a causes? other?

Uncertain: Colds do not cause lymphadenopathy at the bicep. Maybe you dont have a cold. If you have the mono syndrome that might account for your symptoms including the node. You need to see a doctor.
