Hard to Say: It is hard to say. Many things cause pain with urination. Chlamydia is usually without symptoms but it's more dangerous cousin, Gonorrhea frequently causes pain with urination. Simple urinary tract infections cause pain with urination too. See your doctor so you can get a urine test and get proper treatment.
