Urinalysis after 4 months of burning and frequency urine which didn't improve after chlamydia, repeat test negative 0-2 rbc in urine plus 3 blood, have been spotting for a month due to depo. ph 8 what could this be?

You need a good local exam by your Gyn to see what is going on - burning and frequency can be caused by both bladder and vaginal conditions. In the meantime keep the vaginal and urinary area clean. Hope you do well
