See your Dr: Any skin reaction to meds or lotions needs to be evaluated by a Dr in a 5 yr old. Give 12mg Benadryl immediately and then call your Dr's office to make a same day or next day appointment. Watch for swelling of lips, eyes and tongue which can indicate a more severe allergic reaction. Do not stop taking meds unless specifically directed by your Dr.
