Hello, my stomach has been uncomfortable, bloated and painful for the last 4 days. it almost feels like hunger pain but it is definitely not because my stomach is full. what could it be? should i go see a doctor?

Bowel obstruction : Most certainly see a doctor as abdominal pain is difficult to evaluate without a good physical exam. Abdominal bloating and distention my be secondary to a bowel blockage The causes for your problem are many and a through history and physical are paramount.
