For the past few months, i keep waking up in the middle of the night (almost every night) feeling very hot. id almost describe them as hot flashes but im a guy. is this normal? it usually only happens once per night?

In a male, causes may include stress, anxiety, thyroid dysfunction, testosterone drop, androgen suppression and testicular cancer. Certain medications/supplements may also cause hot flashes such as niacin, green tea extracts, steroids. See a dr to do a comprehensive workup
