What to do if every time i get a hot flash, right after, i get a 'cold flash' up to the point that i have goosebumps and i am freezing. is this normal?

Goosebumps: I do not think this is normal. How often do you have these flashes and goosebumps? If you haven't yet seen your doctor about this you should do so soon. If you have and are not satisfied seek another doctor who may have other solutions.
