My daughter has a lump on her lower right leg. its not always painful. should i take her to a doctor or will it resolve itself. she is 14 years and 10 months old. she is also active karate student.

See her Dr: It depends on where it is on her lower leg. If it is behind the knee, it could be a bakers cyst which may need medical treatment. If it is anywhere under the skin where there is a fat layer it may be a sebaceous cyst or lipoma which does not need attention. If it is on the bone, further imaging may be necessary. Your best solution is to take her to her Dr and have it assessed.
