Yes, can combine: Advil (ibuprofen) is an NSAID, it works to reduce inflammation and fever. Pepto Bismol has an ingredient that is related to Apirin, which also reduces inflammation and fever. Both of these meds can also cause a decrease in the ability to clot. When taken together this is amplified. This combination should not be used in persons who have any bleeding disorder. They can cause stomach problems.
