Hi, ive been using activated charcoal teeth whitening for a while now and im having a tightness on my throat which lead to difficulty breathing ?

Activated Charcoal: Your throat issues may or may not be related to possibly inhaling some charcoal powder. In any event, see your physician if difficulty in breathing continues. In addition, charcoal is abrasive and you are wearing away your enamel and just removing surface stains. Activated charcoal: Not a good whitener as it causes severe tooth abrasion. Charcoal dust is harmful to your lungs. Your symptoms are disturbing, and may or may not be related to the charcoal.
