It depends: If you don't have allergies and the symptoms have lasted a few days, you probably have a viral upper respiratory infection with bronchitis (no antibiotics!). If you have had allergy symptoms for a while and the new symptoms last more than 10-4 days, you probably have sinusitis with either bronchitis or an asthma-like reaction. In short, if symptoms linger, see a physician.
