A 24-year-old female asked:
Does second hand smoke have any affect on seizures or kissing a person that smokes? can it cause blood clots for the nonsmoker as well?

No: Being around second hand smoke, or kissing a smoker, should not have any relationship to seizures or to blood clots. In other words, a person who has seizures or has blood clots inside vessels should be checked for causes and not feel such conditions are related to second hand smoke.
