Limit Exposure: I am so sorry! It is very frustrating to be in a state of such upheaval. Since this is unlikely to change soon, try to focus on things that will help you reduce your anxiety and promote peacefulness. Pray/Meditate daily, Exercise daily, Eat healthy meals and spend time with those you love doing things that fill you with joy and peace, try to limit the amount of time that you spend watching media.
