Good day, i think i sprained my right wrist. i have pain and swelling on my arm, wrist and hand.

Splint/ice/rest: Assume you has a strain/injury to cause these symptoms? (Otherwise you might need evaluation for an infection or inflammatory cause). Immobilization with a soft Velcro wrist splint can help, plus ice every few hours for swelling, resting from activities (but removing splint several times a day & doing gentle range of motion ) & anti inflammatory meds like ibuprofen help. See Dr if not improving
